Bradley Djukich

Chief Operating Officer

Over the past ten years, Bradley has focused on the acquisitions and development of real property for a varied client base. Currently focused on the acquisitions of urban infill, multi family development sites in the Greater Los Angeles marketplace, Bradley also has experience in raw land acquisitions for luxury single family and multi family sites, and experience in the acquisitions and mergers of business ventures. He specializes in assessing unique parcels for feasibility, zoning density upside, and other value add propositions which create profitable opportunities for his client base. His client base consists of professional development firms with a documented track record in the LA marketplace, and owner-operators looking to expand their hospitality operations from one off venues into multiple sited business models.

In addition to a decade of negotiating and brokering transactions, Bradley also has an extensive background in the construction and development of speculative projects. Asset types acted upon include hillside architectural homes, MFR podium style complexes, and fully customized commercial shell build outs for the nightlife industry. From initial feasibility through design and build phase management, Bradley can assemble design and build teams on behalf of the investment bases, and execute projects via tailored protocols modeled after the institutional commercial development industry. His focus is on tailoring third party service agreements to provide risk mitigation, extensive due diligence and planning phases, and staging resource flow to ensure the investment base remains in a secure position, regardless of the stage of the project at hand.
